How do you call them? 10 sure points?

pwc, wave runners, jet skis,which is the best way to generally call this water crafts. i know every brand calls them differently. but how do people referr to them on a regular basis?

One thing I do know, wave runners are the ones you sit on, jet skis are the ones you stand on (meaning they aren't the same thing).

I hear people use them both all the time, it depends on which one you are talking about.

That's how I understand it.

Personal water craft is the all encompassing genre.

A personal water craft (PWC) is a recreational watercraft that the rider sits or stands on, rather than inside of, as in a boat. Models have an inboard engine driving a pump jet that has a s***w-shaped impeller to create thrust for propulsion and steering. They are often referred by the names WaveRunner, Jet Ski, or Sea-Doo, which are brand names owned by Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Bombardier, respectively.

Well, most commonly here is Jet ski

Though water scooter is also used a lot, since Jet ski sometimes (VERY RARELY) gets confused with water skiing.
