  1. You can't cancel a lease. Once it's signed, it's binding for it's full term.

    You can try to break away from it by selling to dealer, transferring your lease to another person or pay the termination fees.

There is no easy way to do it.  Once the signature is on the contract, the car is sold.  You do have one option, and that is to claim the 80 year old (who I am assuming signed the contract to lease the car) was incompetent and unable to understand what they were doing.  To do this might be more trouble than it is worth.  You may have to go to court, have the person evaluated and declared incompetent, and then the dealer would have to unwind the deal.  Not likely to happen.  

    Try to talk to the dealer and explain the situation, ask for the general manager.  Don't expect them to do backflips over taking the car back though.
