Question:

How do you cancel an ended Ebay auction?

I bought an item from a seller and the shipping ended up being way too much when she went to the post office. She agreed to refund my payment and relist the item. It is still showing in my won items and needs to be paid... How do I get it out of there? Will it show other sellers that I didn't pay for the item and look bad for future purchases? How can it be deleted now?

  1. There is a delete button located underneath the 'Won' section in 'My EBay' Check off your auction and click on delete. If it doesn't delete, that means that the seller hasn't refunded you yet. Wait a few days and then try again. It won't show up under your feedback comments because no feedback was left therefore, it will just stay between you and the seller.

  2. just look for a remove button or just ignore it and then it will disapear cause the seller puts how many days u have to pay it then it will say not paid then disapear

  3. Try checking the "Mark as Payment Sent" box, or click that link when on the item description page. Unless you get bad feedback from the seller (and you can't anymore, eBay doesn't let sellers give buyers bad feedback) it won't come back to haunt you :).
