How do you cancel your domain & account with 123-reg.co.uk ?

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to cancel my domain and account with 123-reg.co.uk - They are extremely unhelpful and i do not want to be billed again - please help

  1. If you log into your account and remove your credit card details, they won't be able to auto renew the domain name and it will expire.
