How do you catch palkia in pokemon pearl?

You have to make it to the top of Mt. Coronet in the Adventure by following team Galactic up there.  Just keep going through the adventure.  After Team Galactic has been to all three of the Lakefronts, you can follow them up the to the top of Mt. Coronet and you will have the chance to catch Palkia.  It is at level 47, so I don't recommend using a Master Ball.  Instead, weaken it, afflict it with sleeping or paralysis, and then use Great Balls or Ultra Balls.
