How do you catch the pokemon feebas in pokemon emerald?

please tell me the specific area

its very hard first go to dewford talk to a guy change the  word than fly to fottree go down to the water there than surf to the water than fish 3 times at a panel which is a space where you stand on keep doing this and you will eventually get a feebas good luck and you need a lot of patience

unfortunately you would have to search every square of the river at Fotree or water bodies around it

only 6  squares contain it and they are at random so i cant tell you a specific place
