How do you change a recessed halogen lightbulb?

It is in a recessed socket with with collar spring or something that it preventing its removal. . It looks like the one in the link. They are in our bathroom, arranged in a row. Thanks for your help.

  1. Unplug the old one and plug the new one in, it doesn't unscrew, it plugs in.

    Try pulling the whole recessed fixture down, they are just pushed up and held by an expanding piece of wire.
