How do you change an avi format to a VIDEO_TS format in order to burn a DVD?

Its a program that will take your AVI files and convert it to a DVD with minimal hassle. It will also automatically make chapters. There is no way to customize menus in this program but it is very simple and conversion is flawless

Nero Vision (part of the Nero burning software)

This will program will allow you to create and customize menus. It is much more complicated and the features are endless. The one drawback is that conversion takes much longer than the first option.
