  1. Your probably best using www.downloads.com and putting in flac converter  http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html...


  2. Audacity should be able to convert it to wav, and if you install the LAME plugin, MP3 as well.

  3. Go to iTunes>import preferernces and change the import codec to .WAV in the custom settings.
