  1. I AM NOT A 100% SURE IF THEY ARE ALL THE SAME BUT , they are ussally connected in line with the vacuum hose and the valve cover its self.

Clean area around PCV valve and valve cover to avoid getting dirt inside of cover. This can ussally be done with shop towel no special cleaners are needed. If dirt is accessively tared on use a small amount of engine oil on the rag.

It is just pushed through a rubber grommet on the side of the valve cover. They DO NOT ussaly have clamps holding them, so gentle pull out from the valve cover and gentle pull out of vacuum hose. Reinsert new PCV in reverse order, if hose and grommet are not dried out and cracking you are done. NOTE ; If your's looks more complicated then this; seek differant advice.

This is a good time to inspect all vacuum hoses for wear and or vacuum leaks.

Occasionally the end of the hose where it is expanded over PCV valve connection dries out and cracks if the hose is long enough you can cut off the damaged end before reinserting it.
