It's very straightforward - but if you're unsure, I wouldn't mess about, let a garage do it - 5 minute job, but make sure thecalipers are greased on reassembly, they tend to sieze otherwise.

Remove the slit pin at the top and the pads will come out.

However the new ones wont fit in, because they are twice the size.
