My violin bow hairs really need to be changed, and I know there is a way you can change them... but I really don't know how too!

  1. You need to get your bow rehaired.  Prices vary throughout the US, anywhere from $26 to maybe $40 or so.

Find a luthier shop;  look under "violin" in the Yellow Pages.

  2. You need to take it to a violin repair shop. The price of good bow hair is usually fifty dollars and up. You will have to leave your bow there until they finish, and it usually takes about a week.
