How do you change the keywords, meta tags in dreamweaver?

Question

In dreamweaver 8 if you put up a set of keywords and you deside to change them how do you take down the old keywords, or does putting in new keyword replace the older one's, and is there anyway of seeing what keywords I have put up in the past

And also could you just confirm that I do or do not need to put up separate keyword for each page
