How do you change the letter label of your hard drive?

I have two hard drives - the main one and an external drive that I store my music and backup things on. I used Daemon tools to put virtual drives on my computer so that I could play a game someone lent me, and it changed the order of the drives. When I took the virtual drives off (set Daemon tools to 0) my storage drive is still labeled Storage (G:) but my iTunes is set to find the music on Storage (E:) How do I change the Storage drive back to (E:) so that iTunes can find the music files?
