How do you change the position of your start bar on a computer?

i clicked something on my computer and the start bar went to the right hand side of the screen vertically, how do i get it bac to the bottom of the screen in its horizontal position? HELP!!

Drag and drop it - but first right click it and make sure that the lock taskbar option is not checked.

right click on it and make sure "lock the taskbar" is unchecked.   then just click and drag it back to the bottom.
