How do you change the times on a Panasonic KX-T7665 Phone System?

Question

I have been asked at work to change all the times on our Panasonic KX-t7665 Phone Systems but nobody knows how to do it in our company, and there is no literature to help me.

Any Ideas?

The lad who works next to me..says..

turn the memory switch to, program

1. Dial 0, then enter the YEAR, MONTH, DAY (only 2 digits)

2. dials for day of the week, 0 - Sun, 1- mon 2 - tue etc 6 - sat

3. enter hours, 01 - 12, mins 00 - 59, dial 0 for AM  1 for PM

4. press memory

return the memory switch to Set position after chnaging time.
