How do you change to black and white color tone on a sony dsc-t70 camera?

I guess it's a menu option, but it's not one I'd use - it's better to take the picture in colour and then use an image processing app to make a black and white copy.  It's not obvious, but there are lots of different "black and whites" and your camera may only have one way of doing it.  It is obvious that you can't go from black and white to colour, so you're really cutting your options down by applying effects in the camera.
