How do you change your lips and eyes?

On your yahoo avatar? im not talking the whole face, how do you change just a few features?

go 2 yahoo avatars your avatar will be on the left now look on the top right where it says APPEARENCE click that underneath it will say FACE & EYES and next that it will say HAIRSTLES  click on any of the colors on the top or bottom when you do that the eye color & face change i know that because i just did it just 4 fun..glad 2 answer & help :)
