How do you change your profile picture on StumbleUpon?

StumbleUpon won't change the photo I've posted on my personal information page, even though I have uploaded a new one. How do I get it to show up?

I dont have it but my wife does, she had to submit the change 2-3 times and it took about a day for it to update...
