How do you change your screen name for your e mail page?

when you log on to your registered account name at the top of the page

I am not sure....but i think you should change the settings on your computer.  I think it is either edit or under file.  Look, i think this is it.  

I think if you just want to change your screen name all another you have to make a whole new one.
