How do you change your yahoo picture to a camra photo instead of a yahoo avatar?

Question

i have had my yahoo avatar on for ages now and i want a change so i want to put a picture of me jumping my fave horse on it but i have no clue how to any help please =]

1st  create a 360 space at http://360.yahoo.com . Now start creating your 360 space from there. Click the big yellow "Get Started" button on the far right section of that page.

After that, you can log in by by clicking on the  "Sign-in" button on the upper left of the page. Then, the page refreshes and click on "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 page.

Make sure that your picture is  a JPEG formatted photo under 5MB.

*Click your "My Page" link at the top

* Click "Edit Profile Photos" over the empty picture frame

* Click "Browse" and upload photo from your computer's folder.

Then click on "use as primary"  button on the right before saving.

You can upload only  5 profile pictures (including an avatar).

Now, come back to Yahoo Answers. Click the "My Profile" link to the upper right of this Yahoo Answers page, then click "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page. Scroll down to the image section and check the option of showing the 360 picture. Click Preview and then the OK button.

TO GET A PHOTO/CUSTOM PICTURE AS YOUR AVATAR.

The photo needs to be saved on your computer as a jpg file, don't worry about the size to much yahoo will adapt it.    

1> Click "my page” (top of page).

2> Click "edit personal photo" (on the left above photo window).

3> Click “browse” choose the photo from your photos click "save", Set as primary and "save".

4> Go to your “edit my profile” http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit  click  Ã¢Â€Âœuse my yahoo 360 picture” scroll down and press "preview", and then "OK" in the next screen.

And your done.

Yahoo are still doing maintenance throughout all yahoo sites and some avatars may be slow to show so try to be patient.

Go to your 360 page at http://360.yahoo.com , (You need to be 13 or over and have a 360 site.)and upload any .jpg picture from a folder on your hard drive or elsewhere, mark it as primary, then go to "My Profile" , "Edit My Info" in Answers. and select the picture, Set as primary, Save.

Go to "My Profile", "Edit My Info" in Yahoo! Answers profile page and select "Use My Avatar".

Also if you are using Yahoo Messenger , you can open an Instant Message box with anyone, then go to the top and click on VIEW then click on MY DISPLAY/ IMAGE OPTIONS, then click on CHOOSE A PICTURE. It will then permit you to choose from the pictures on your computer. If you have none on your hard drive, it offers an avitar icon you can use. You can use the same steps when you want to change the picture. Just the last step would be change my picture.
