It really depends on how experienced you are and what training you have. There are several different options. Some charge a flat feel maybe 5-10%. Another option would be a set fee schedule so clients can pick and choose what help they need (i.e. venue selection, caterer, dress, dj, band, and so on). When you write your contract, make sure you're specific on what terms you agree to and make sure you uphold your end of the contract. It's a business and emotions are running high on that day so if anything negative happens, it will fall back on you.
