How do you charge the samsung L200 camera [PLEASE HELP]?

my grandma just gave me this camera it says charge before you use but i dont know how to charge it i plugged it up to the computer to charge but it just has this red light on the thing is it supposed to turn yellow or sumthing when its finished charging

i dont know what im doing right now please help
