How do you check a trailer House for leaks? it is an old trailer so I don't know where to start.?

I am going to Be Renting this trailer and the owner dosn't know what works and what doesn't I was wondering if anyone could give me a clue as to where to start with this place???

  1. Use a hose and spray it in the air over the trailer, also check for stains on the ceiling, or damp spots around the doors and windows.


  2. if you are looking for water or plumbing leaks i would start by turning the water on and looking under the trailer to see if there are any leaks under, then i would move inside checking the pipes in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Hope this helps. Oh also look at the ceiling and see if there are spots that look like they are dipping down, if you see any lightly push on them to make sure they are not weak, as this is a sign or a leak from the roof.
