Running any decent anti-spyware application should be able to detect and remove keylogger. I would recommend getting Spybot - Search and Destroy and SUPERAntiSpyware.

Remember that you can only have one anti-virus, but you can have as many anti-spyware applications as you want. Other free anti-spyware programs would be Adaware, AVG Anti-spyware (formally Ewido), A-squared, Spyware Terminator and SpywareBlaster.
