Its a sun Microsoft system that runs Linux.

  1. Open up a terminal window and type "ifconfig".


  2. try going to www.whatismyip.com

  3. Internal or External IP?

    Internal IP: use the ifconfig command but for some Linux distros you need to type in the full path to the command because "ifconfig" may or may not be in the default search path that Linux uses to locate commands.

    External IP: Use whatismyip.com
