How do you check your balance inquiry for your jcpenny gift card?

i have a gift card and i wanna check how much money is left without going to the store i cant check by phone because theres something wrong with it

can u give me the link to check your balance inquiry for a gift card?

All my gift cards have a telephone number and a website I can check at.

I got this on the their website.

gift cards and e gift cards:

Redeemable for merchandise or services at JCPenney Stores in the U.S. or PR, jcp.com and JCPenney Catalog.

Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Gift Card in the amount of the then-remaining balance upon proof as required by JCPenney. Contact you local JCPenney store for details or contact jcp.com Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-322-1189.

JCPenney Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards have no expiration date. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card/e-Gift Card. No service fees are deducted.
