How do you check your credit on a virgin mobile ?

I have the Sony Ericsson W580i In Green, And i cant work out how to get my credit up, i am on pay as you go. Like on my old nokia i had to type in *#1345# to find it out.

On Virgin Mobile (UK) you have to dial 789 to check your credit, there's no way to display it on the phone itself.
