I want to add a song to my phone for a ringtone, but I want to chop off the long intro and get to the melody to put it as my ringtone. What programs help with this or is there a really easy to do it otherwise?

  1. Go to www.phonezoo.com and create a a free account if you dont already have one. Then go to the ringotnes part, and select 'create ringtone'. It goes up to 30 seconds. And no downloading anything. Luck!

  2. Audacity (Free)

"Audacity is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds."

    audacity.sourceforge.net

You'll also need the lame plugin:

  3. this is tricky to do if you dont have the proper program. you need to get mixmeister thats how i made my ring tones (over 250 of them) easily and fast.

that programs amazing for ring tones and many other things.
