  1. Is the grout fresh or has it been there for some time?

If it is fresh you must vacuum then wipe it with a slightly damp cloth over the surface of the tiles.  If it's been there for some time, follow the same procedure as above but on the built-up spots spray with vinegar and water until the grout softens then scrape it off with a plastic scraper.

    should work.

  2. Lustro Italiano cleans, polishes, and protects marble, granite, and natural stone surfaces without the use of harsh detergents that can strip away the stones natural protection. Compared to other polishes and cleaners, it creates a deeper longer lasting shine. Use our daily stone cleaner to safely remove dirt and other residue from your granite, marble and stone countertops. Then, maintain the luster of your stone with our polish with sealants weekly or as needed. If you want more information visit below website

  3. You can always purchase professional strength grout cleaner and a grout brush and do it yourself the right way. Some home remedies like vinager and water may work some, but nothing like commercial stength stuff. Doesn't take long and it will look like new.

  4. If you have the means of doing so, I strongly suggest steam cleaning it, but if not you can try vinagar and water or a diluted muratic acid and water mixture, like 75% water 25% acid (be sure to wear gloves and have a window open or a fan on).  And I also just heard about denture cleaner and a toothbrush, but I have never tried that one... hope this helps
