How do you clean a dirty couch pillow and with what ? i dont want to put it in the washer?

If they are the pillows that came with the couch, you can steam clean them just as you would your sofa.  If they are add ons and fairly decorative, they might need to be dry cleaned.

Buy Woolite fabric cleaner and follow the directions on the can.
