How do you clean a glass shower door?

I have a glass shower door. It is soo hard to keep clean. I have tried every shower cleaner....but I am not 100% happy with them. Any suggestions?

I hate to clean shower doors ,I rather wash the curtain instead, but if we have one clean it with CLR and then buy a squeegee and hang it in the shower , this way you can rake the water off the shower walls and the door ,this will save you from looking and cleaning water marks, I have also used a spray bottle filled with bleach and that kept the shower cleaned but it will corrode the door if you have a metal frame .

If it has a lot of limescale, use Lime-Away or C.L.R. and take a good sponge to it. My mom swears by the Mr Clean erasers. Undiluted white vinegar will also soften up limescale but C.L.R. is better if its a very dirty door. C.L.R. has another advantage if you happen to get rust around the metal of your shower door or any rust rings on the tub, it will take them right off. If its just soap scum built up I usually just work in a bit of Soft Scrub or Easy Off Bam with a sponge, leave it sit for a couple minutes, then rinse it off very well. I find that the Bissell brand daily shower spray works to keep the mineral and soap scum build-up off pretty well and is inexpensive (I buy it at Big Lots for $1.50 a bottle) we just spray the whole thing down after every shower.. it keeps the whole bathroom smelling nice, too.

You should apply a water repellent to your door. Rain-X works fine. A product called Aquapel works better. They both are water repellents and will keep your door clean. You can find either one at an auto parts store, however you can find Rain-X in the auto department of any major retailer.

I feel your pain!  I was using Scrubbing Bubbles but, now I'm using a Magic Eraser.  I suggest giving it a try.

Easy Off Bam is great on soap scum and hard water stains.
