How do you clean/ disinfect bottle pourers?

i have a couple bottle pourers and i was wondering how do you clean them? do you just soak them in warm water with soda water or something? and how long?

Use a mix of hot water and bleach and soak them for a couple minutes. Then rinse well with hot water after.  Bleach contains Chlorine which kills 99.9% of all bacteria.  This is the most effective way.

Put a couple drops of dishsoap in a bowl, dump in some boiling water and soak them. Then when they cool off wash them.
