How do you clean lucky skateboard bearings ? And can you lubricate them with bones speed cream ?

i would ask a proffesional on how to clean them but i guess you can use bones speed cream why not ? I used bones sped cream on my black panthers and they went a little bit slower but a lot more quiter and eventually got faster .
