How do you clean?

Hello, my mom was just wondering how she can clean her 6 dinning chairs. They have a light beige cushion(cloth like fabric). She wants to clean them without making the mess bigger or without staining the chairs. So they look like they did when she purchased them. She said that the company that sold the dinning set to her(Wickes Furniture) said that they put scotch guard protector on the chairs so that they clean easily. How could she do it?

You can buy "scotchguard" in spray cans, or at least used to. at the grocery store in the laundry isle. As for the cleaning part, use "oxyclean" you can get it at the same place.
