I just got a new place and want to clean it out. I took out all the lint but want to wash the inside... not sure what chemicals are safe. I was thinking just some diluted dawn and then rinsing. Thanks!

  1. White vinegar and water should work good and not harm the inside.

  2. Yeah, I would say a mild detergent and warm water would not harm the inside of the dryer. I just don't know how effective it would be to remove stains or anything. But, if you're just giving it a once over to remove old lint or whatever, that should do the trick.

  3. Damp hand towel with a little cleaner on it.
