How do you clean the inside of a stainless steel carafe

over the years the inside of my Cuisinart stainless steel carafe has become discolored from the coffee. How due you get these stains out

Try bleach.

try using some denture cleaning tablets and let it soak for a little while.

You can scrub it with a paste of baking soda and water. Use some vinegar to rinse it with.

Boiling water and baking soda...let that soak.  If this doesn't work, you can try scrubbing it with a baking soda and water paste, with a drop of Dawn dishwashing liquid.  This should take care of it.
