How do you clean up you body from toxic?

  1. Drinking alot of water...every day... ehmm like 1.5 L of water at day... and exercising the sweat makes you get rid of toxic...


  2. The only true and honest answer: you don't.

    Why not? Because you don't have to. Your body (hopefully) has a functioning liver and functioning kidneys, and you should see both as your body's very own garbage men.

    Make sure you drink enough water (or non-sugary drinks) every day to assist your body in "flushing" everything out that is not needed. The idea of toxics being "stuck" in your body and you having to undergo some sort of treatment, swallow pills or use special drinks etc. is absolute rubbish - from a medical point of view. Unless a blood screening shows worrying results due to your liver and/or kidneys malfunctioning, you are absolutely fine.

    Eat as healthily as you can, as I said: drink enough, and if you want to: work out regularly and then feel good about sweating imaginary toxics out. At least that, as opposed to "products", won't do your wallet any harm.

  3. I will do a liver cleanse, That's what I do with my patients very effective way to get rid off your toxic.

    11 day is my suggestion I do it with some products of whey and some hoodia arnoni and also food.
