  1. Vinagar

  2. Definately white vinegar.  I just pour a little on a paper towel

and clean my windows and mirrors.  It really works!

  3. water and old newspaper/magazine

  4. If you have been using windex or something similar you may need to use some soap with vinegar to get off the residue. After that vinegar and water will do the trick. Use a squeege or newspaper to dry and it will reduce streaks. Try not to wash the window when it has direct sunlight, it will dry too quick and leave streaks.

Vinegar is great for many surfaces including stainless steel. Between vinegar and baking soda and a mild natural soap I can clean almost any thing.

  5. water and towel and called it a day

  6. When I really want to get my windows clean and impress the ladies, i use equal parts water and white vinegar, which I spray on using a spray bottle I keep handy for general cleaning.  I dry them using some newspapers, and to help clear away the streaks I use a chalk-board brush I bought new from the dollar store just for my windows.

  7. I make a mixture of white vinegar and water, and sometimes a splash of lemon juice, but that is optional, and put it in a spray bottle. I spritz the window, then use phone book pages to scrub. The phone book pages are great because you're reusing them, and they don't leave streaks or fuzzies like a cloth or paper towel will.

  8. Sponge on a solution of 1 part white vinegar, and 3 parts water.  Use a good squeegee to remove the excess liquid.  Change the liquid solution regularly when it appears dirty.  Good Luck!!!
