  1. If they are silk, I do the tedious task of wiping down every leaf.  I have a silk palm tree and corn plant.  Sorry, they were expensive and they look great when they are clean.  Here's what I do about every 8 weeks:

I get a bucket of warm water with a capful of Fabuloso (smells great)

and I use a synthetic cloth.  I wet it in the bucket and wipe till it is somewhat dry and dusty.  Then I rinse it in clean water under the tap and I repeat from the bucket to the plant.

I turn on some music, careful on the stepstool and love the result when  am done.

    Good Luck!

  2. I have a hand held shower sprayer, so I put them in the tub, and wash them off with that.  Let them drip dry, then return to use.  You could vacuum them, or spray them with a hose.  Sunlight seems to mess with the color, so don't leave them outside in the sun to dry.

    Good Luck!

  3. I saw on a TV program that the way to clean dried or fake flowers, is to put them in a bag with salt in it, seal the bag around the stems with the heads in the bag, and then shake the bag vigourously for a few minutes, then throw away the salt.  Make sure the bag is pretty robust and has no holes, though.

  4. Put them in the shower. If they are really big then i spray them with the water hose but all of mine go in the shower now
