One popular detox program is called the "master cleanse" which is basically where you drink lemonade, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.  This program is rather extreme, though. There are kits for this, but you can make it yourself.

cranberry juice and cranberry pills will speed up the process.  most drinks that are diuretics (make you have to pee) will dehydrate you in the process, somewhat concentrating the toxins in your urine.  cranberry juice (100%, not ocean spray 30% or whatever) is a diuretic that helps flush out your kidneys and liver, and the urinary tract in general, and wont dehydrate you.  make sure you drink water as well though.  exercise will speed up metabolism, increasing the speed in which toxins are degraded or expelled from you body.  EDIT:  it isnt unavoidable.  in hair follicle tests, it can last a long time and is unavoidable, but human bodies dont work exactly the same and at the same speed.  I passed a test 24 days after last smoking, and a person i know failed one after 35.  the human body is an amazing thing, and its abilities to remove toxins is incredible as well.  your best bet is to do what i said above to clean the systems associated with blood and urine tests, which is most likely what you will get.  maybe a saliva test, but those arent very accurate.  hair follicle tests are relatively expensive so unless you are being tested by court order, you probably dont have to worry about that.

Sorry but there is no magic cure. The human body doesn't work that way when it comes to THC. It will stick around for weeks and even the detox kits DO NOT work.

People think detox kits work because it's expensive to test urine reliably. So some labs actually test in batches. Say 20 p**s tests are in a batch, they test 2 of them, if both pass, everyone passes.



People who have detoxed think that their magic solution worked. In reality - their batch was never tested.
