How do you clear cookies and cache with the Opera browser?

The latest stable release for Opera is 9.27 while 9.50 is still in Beta testing. These screen shots are for 9.21 but it should be similar for other versions.

Opera also has a tutorial.  In the lower right corner you'll find a search option.  You can enter things like clear cookies, or clear cache, and Opera will search its data base for other articles that might apply.
