  1. For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.


  2. It's pretty simple. On your explorer toolbar, go to tools. Then scroll down to Internet options. A menu will pop up, click on clear history.  Then click on yes, to clear the history. Also, click on delete cookies to delete all the sites you've visited.

    Click the General tab.

    Under Browsing history, click Delete.

    Click Delete history, and then click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the history.

    Click Close, and then click OK.

    To delete a single address from the list of suggestions provided when you're typing a web address, highlight the address, and then press DELETE

  4. I am taking that your talking about items in your drop-down menu that you have typed in to search the net. to remove these items just click on the empty search window which will open the list up and place your cursor over the item you wish to remove and hit the delete button on your keyboard.

    Delete history from address bar.

  6. On the web page, go to tools on the menu bar, Click on interent optiopns, make sure you are on the general tab and under history select clear history.
