How do you clear the address space in your internet explorer page?

there are so many different addresses of different sites there and i just dont seem to know how to clear them...

  1. Start+control panel+internet options+clear internet history+clear cookies. done


  2. Go to tools - internet options - clear history

    See if that works.

  3. go to tools then internet options then delete browsing history files cookies ect...

  4. For Internet Explorer:Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

  5. you can follow the steps given by Samantha... apart from that... if you dont want to keep an history of your web site list...

    you can keep the history days to zero... still the pages will be displayed until and unless you dont close the browser...

  6. You have to go to...

    1.View (on the tool bar)

    2.Explorer Bar

    3.History, then you can just right click and delete.

  7. go to view  -> toolbars  -> address bar and click it to make it unchecked. you can get rid of the rest of the bars the same way

  8. Open inet options in the control panel and use the clear history tab.
