  1. From Internet Explorer, click Tools and then Delete Browsing History

  2. 1) Use Mozilla Firefox ( http://mozilla.com/firefox ) - more safe, pop-up/ad free, and runs faster than internet explorer. It also has nice themes and numerous add-ons. Or at least use a browser besides Internet Explorer, it is by far the worst browser in my opinion (and in many others').

    2) In Internet Explorer, Go to Tools > Internet Options, and under the General Tab,  click the Delete button under Browsing History.

In Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools > Clear Private Data.

  3. In Internet Explorer:

    Tools > Internet Options

Under "Browsing History" click the "Delete..." button

Then under "History" click the "Delete history..." button :)

  4. First, scan your computer for tracking cookies. These can be a source of your pop-ups. The virus protection should be able to clear these.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. In the general tab, there is a section called Browsing History. Click Delete. :D
