How do you close a military duffel bag?

I got a military duffel bag that loads from the top and I was wondering how to close it. there's no zipper or drawstring, just the 4 holes with metal rings thing and a strap

You got the 4 flaps, three with holes and one with the long hook. Grab the hook flap and start to close the bag one hole flap at a time untill done, then use the strap with the clip to secure all flaps to the ring.

I have had to do this many times. You feed the metal ring thru the holes.......when it is filled have the one with the ring as the bottom flap- pull the one across from it over put the hole over the ring- then do the sides. Then you can hold them in place by hooking the clip on the strap thru the metal ring hole. Most of us then put a lock thru the top of the ring to make sure no one gets into your stuff. Good Luck!
