  1. You need partition software

  2. You cannot combine those drives if they are not part of the same whole, which i highly doubt they are.

Get an external hard drive if you are running out of space. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...

  3. If you already have a separate drive (F), then just start using it.

You can move all your documents and photos to the other drive and just leave your operating system and programs on the C: drive.

I'd suggest making a backup of everything before you start messing around.

The easiest was is to right click your "My Documents" fold and click "Properties".  click the "Move" button and find the right drive in the next window.  You might have to move everythng separately, but I don't think so.  From then on, when you save something to your Documents or Pictures folders, it'll go onto the other drive.

  4. you can  not. If you have 2 consecutive partitions (C: and D:) on the same drive you can use a partition manager to remove the second one and increase the size of the first over this space. For drives not consecutive, or not on the same drive (C: and F: are almost certainly not) you can not do this at all.
