  1. It's really difficult to console a hurt soul.

Relax, It's okay... such words won't work!!

  2. That is very sad. She has had a lot to deal with. The most important thing for anyone who has lost a loved one is that they don't want people to forget the one who has died.  All you can do right now is hug her and let her know that you are there for her. The hardest part will start in the next two months..the living without her daugther will begin to set in. She may need some grief counseling too. Pray for her and her family. :-)

  3. Just be there for her....let her do the talking.  Tell her, "I'm here for you."

There's nothing you can do to bring her daughter back, so just be her friend.

  4. WOW!!! how awful, she is going through a very rough time and really needs you more now then ever. There isn't much you can do or say because you cant bring the past back, but you can tell her that you are there for her no matter what. Tell her if she cant sleep, don't hesitate to call you no matter what time it is. Call her up and ask if she needs anything at the store, sometimes grieving parents don't like to go out and face the world. She is so lucky to have you. I will pray hard for her.
