How do you completely block a website/websearch?

i know how to block websites but if the person types in lets say for example myspace on the search bar they can click the link and get right on, the block only works if they type the site in the address bar.

Open inet options in the control panel and enter security then restricted sires. If that doesn't work enter content and use the content adviser.
