How do you configure screen resolution on samsung 32" 720p tv ? I want to set it to 720p right now it's not

If your Samsung is like mine they are always set to 720p, but it's up to the broadcasting station and what they send over the air (or through a box) to your tv as to what "resolution" you see if you were to hit the display button on the remote control.

My 19" Samsung is always 720p as well.  

I don't think you can change it -- if it looks like you have a lower-quality picture, that's probably because the station you're watching isn't sending out anything better.  (Well, that's presuming you have the right connections made between any devices you might have in there.)  You're limited by the quality of the information you receive.  If, on the other hand, you're getting perhaps a 1080i signal, your TV just drops off the extra information it can't use and still shows you a 720p picture.
